Fresh Harvest Season – Perfect for Processing
Every December, our farms stock new Seabass fingerlings, and by September of the following year, the fish are ready for harvest. The upcoming harvest season is approaching, with average fish sizes around 0.5 kg , ideal for producing 80–120g fillets. For customers requiring larger fillets (over 120g), harvest from October onwards is recommended when fish reach larger sizes.
